Address personal health in-depth with a private consultation. A herbal consultation considers all your body's systems and their relationships, along with mental health and lifestyle to form a comprehensive picture. We can then work to strengthen your health with tailored plant medicines and lifestyle and dietary modifications as desired & needed. I work from a harm-reduction perspective, which means meeting clients where they're at without judgments or pressure about lifestyle and choices. Intake appointments take place in person, by Skype or telephone and last approximately 60 minutes. You will be sent a comprehensive intake form to fill in prior to our appointment. Within one week of your appointment you will receive a 1-2 page PDF detailing recommendations based upon your intake and our appointment. You will have the option then to purchase tailored herbal medicine blends at a client discount price.
